Unlike pure trading companies, we own the complete artificial grass production chain, from yarn processing and tufting through finishing and quality control. Our artificial grass manufacturing facility is 100% owned by us and located in Hebei, Mainland China. It is here that we handle the entire artificial grass production process in-house: yarn extrusion, tufting, coating, backing and inspection.

By owning the plant, we keep full control over raw materials, quality and delivery schedules — which means more stable pricing, stricter QC and faster response for our global customers. We welcome buyers to visit our factory for audits, sample evaluation or joint product development.
